    The last newsletter of the year reports on the third disability group, recently held in Vilnius and the latest two publications just released: the first one brings views from local public social services on the European Semester 2015 and identifies public social policy priorities for the 2016 cycle, the second one it is a toolkit for planning and evaluating social services. In this newsletter you can also read about decentralisation in The Netherland, in the country hosting our next European Social Services Conference. Also 2016 AGS, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, videos, our reports and resources available only to members are in our December newsletter.
