This question was at the heart of discussions at FEANTSA/HABITACT’s 6th European seminar on local homeless strategies, attended by ESN members from Spain and Sweden, and hosted by the Committee of the Regions in Brussels.

  ESN publishes its policy statement on tackling early school-leaving as the European Parliament prepares its own report on the issue.

“The income of the richest 10% of people around 2008 was, on average, nearly nine times that of the poorest,” said the OECD at its recent Policy Forum in Paris.
